You just need structure that matches the life you have now not the one you had ten years ago. My coaching takes what you already know about training and makes it work again. You'll train 3–6 days a week, under an hour, with movements that protect your joints, build real strength, and actually make sense for your body.

Built around how I actually live.. I spent over 4 years coaching at Equinox in Chicago. I hold a Kinesiology degree and specialize in corrective exercise, shoulder rehab, and injury prevention. I've worked with hundreds of people in person and learned one thing, the best program in the world doesn't matter if it doesn't fit your life. I'm a husband and a father of two. I train at home. I keep sessions short and focused. I don't have two hours a day to spend in a gym, and neither do you. Time-efficient programming, practical movements, minimal equipment, real results — built for people like me. Busy, experienced, and done wasting time on plans that don't stick.

FAQs

How much time do I need each week?

Most clients spend 3–5 hours per week training. Workouts are designed to fit into real life, whether you have 30 minutes or a full hour. The goal is consistency, not living in the gym.

What if I have an injury or joint issue?

Not a problem. Workouts can be modified around most injuries, limitations, or joint concerns. The goal is to train smart, move well, and make progress safely. Longevity is the ultimate goal.

How is this different from an app?

You’re not just paying for workouts, you’re getting strategy, guidance, accountability, and a coach in your corner helping you train smarter for the long term. This is also not a one-size-fits-all program. This is completely customizable programming that moves with you.

What kind of results can I expect?

You’ve heard it 1,000 times, the biggest results come from consistency. If you follow the plan, most people notice improvements in strength, conditioning, body composition, and daily energy within the first few months. I don’t put a timeline on results. A lot of my clients lose 5lbs in a month, others 2lbs in 6 months-year. Everyone’s journey is different.

Pricing will be discussed on the call, I’ve always been a guy of transparency in saying if you can’t invest in your health long term, this may not be a fit.
